No patient details. Not a name, not a record number, not an accession number, and please not a study. Email is not a secure channel and it is not the product. Describe the situation without them.
Say what you need. Roughly how many users, whether the deployment has to be inside your own network, and whether anyone is waiting on a security review. That is usually enough to answer in one reply instead of four.

- Hearing when it is available
- Say in your email that you want to hear when RadBase is available, and we will write back to the address you sent it from.
- A security review
- We answer your questionnaire and send the deployment topology, the data-flow diagram and the residual-risk register, open items included.
- On-premise
- We size the host with you against your case volume, and scope the installation as a joint exercise. It has not yet been run on a hospital-owned host in production, and we do not pretend otherwise.
